My Secret Garden is proud to offer several try-it programs for your Brownie Troop! Let us teach your troop in a fun and interactive environment. You will get to sit back and enjoy the time while we take care of everything!

Menu: Secret Garden's recipe of green tea, "fish & rice". People of the World Try-It provided.
LET'S PRETEND

The
girls will need to bring their imagination to this party! We will make
a craft, do some charades and then have a fun game with dressing in disguise
and acting. We finish the
party off by getting all dressed up for a fancy tea party, where the girls
will come up with their own pretend names and stories to share!

*My Secret Garden Brownie Party Guidelines Before your party: * A non-refundable reservation fee of $25 is required at the time of booking that will go towards the total cost of the party. We have a purple drop box on the back of the shop for your convenience. * A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the cost of the party is required 3 weeks in advance. If not received, we reserve the right to cancel the party. Reservation fees and deposits may be made by cash, check or Visa/ MC. Final payments must be made by cash or check only. * Final guest count is required 3 days prior to party date. A charge of 50% of the cost per guest will apply for each no show within 24 hours of the party. If final count is not given, the estimated guest count will apply. * There is a rescheduling fee of $50 for parties changed within 14 days of the party. * There will be a $25 fee on all returned checks. Guests: * Please ask each guest to wear a leotard or bathing suit for quick & modest changing. Girls will not be allowed to dress-up in their underwear. * There is a 6 guest minimum required for weekdays & an 8 guest minimum on weekends. If not met, the minimum charge will still apply. * A good size for a party ranges from 6 to 12 guests. We can accommodate larger groups, but additional time & staff are needed. Due to this, any group of 13 or more will have an extra 10% charge added to the total cost of the party. The maximum number of guests is 16. * Please limit the number of chaperones to 1 per every 3 guests, due to space limitations. There will be a charge of $3/ person if more than 5 adults stay. The same will apply for siblings. If they choose to participate, a charge will apply. Food: * Due to health department regulations, no outside food may be brought in. All programs include our special Princess Tea, marshmallows and snacks appropriate for the specific program. Additional food may be added to your party with an additional charge. We will provide the plates, teacups and napkins. * Please advise us of any food allergies that you or your guests may have. Please note that parents of these children with allergies must bring in their own food for the tea party. We are not responsible for providing the proper food items without certain ingredients. Parents may contact us to go over specific menu items that will be served at each party and we will try to accommodate specific needs. Party day: * A party hostess will organize and run the entire party, but we do request that any chaperones assist the hostess with helping the girls select and try-on costumes as well as keep the dress-up rooms clean and orderly. * The troop leaders are responsible for any damage or loss beyond reasonable wear & tear of both the costumes and the facility. They are also responsible for helping in the disciplining of the girls. If the hostess is not able to run the program properly, due to their behavior, the try-it will not be able to be completed. * Final payments must be made by cash or check only at the conclusion of the party. * There will be an automatic 15% gratuity added to the total cost of the party.
